In regard to labeling photos, keep in mind that someone else may be looking at them in the future and may not know the people or events in the photo. The classic, and true, example from my family is a photo of a woman and child that is clearly labeled on the back "My mother and me twenty years ago". No one today knows who they are or when the photo was taken.
